Tianchang Kanghong Oil pipe Co., Ltd. has nearly 30 years of professional seamless steel pipe production experience, which is located in the east Pearl of Anhui province and one of top 100 counties in China- Tianchang City, Anhui Province, covering an area of 240,000 square meters. our company has 1 hot expansion line, 3 cold rolling line and 36 cold drawing lines whose annual output is 450,000 tons of seamless steel pipe. The acid resistant pipeline, ultra-low temperature pipeline, high-strength structural pipe and special corrosion-resistant pipe jointly developed by us and the steel plants have been highly recognized by customers and we have 32 patented inventions. Our products are widely used in petrochemical, boiler, heat exchanger, shipbuilding , automobile machinery manufacturing and other industries.

   Our company can produce steel pipes with Chinese standard like 10HSC, Q345E, 09MnD, 09MnNiD, 1.25Cr0.5MoSi, ND (09CrCuSb), 09CuPCrNiA, 08Cr2AlMo, 09Cr2AlMoRe and other materials and American standard like A333/ A334GR.1, Gr.3, Gr.6, A179, A192, A106C, SA210A-1, P series, T series which the annual output of high pressure alloy pipe is 120,000 tons. We can also produce 45#, 30Mn2, Q345, E355 and other materials for cylinder tubes, 35#, 45# cold-drawn precision tubes. We have perfect capacity of pipeline deep processing, such as pipeline 3PE coating, aluminizing, hot expanding, U-shape processing, threading, grooving, finning, etc. In October 2020, hot expansion production line newly added was successfully put into operation, which can produce large-diameter thick-wall seamless steel tubes with diameters of 325-920mm and wall thickness of 8-50mm, realizing full coverage of seamless steel tube production group spacing.   The non-oxidation heat treatment production line newly invested and built in September 2021 can produce seamless steel tube for vehicles with full decarburization thickness of 0mm, ultra-long heat exchange tubes over 30m, high-pressure oil pipes, oil cylinder tubes and precision seamless steel tubes, and can be processed into U-shaped tubes or serpentine tubes according to the requirements of users' drawings.   

     We have obtained special equipment manufacturing license, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, American API, EU PED, EU CPR、GOST-R and other system certifications. We have also obtained IATF16949 automobile pipe product certificate and factory approval certificates of nine Classification Societies (CCS, BV, LR, DNV-GL, ABS, NK, KR, RINA and RS). Our company is a qualified supplier of Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, CNNC, China Shipping Group, China Merchants Group, XCMG Group. Besides, we have a perfect quality control system, including five on-line eddy current ultrasonic integrated flaw detectors, two hydrostatic test lines, German SPECTRO direct reading spectrometer, low-temperature impact test machine, high-temperature tensile testing machine, HIC, SSC experimental equipment, etc. Kanghong has long focused on the research & development and manufacturing in petrochemical pipelines, boiler heat exchanger tubes, machinery and hydraulic precision tubes.
