By 2004, China had completed the first Assel unit with independent intellectual property rights and formally produced in batches. This hot rolling line , from designing, manufacturing and installation ,putting into operation gathered the collective wisdom of top experts such as Bao Steel, Hengyang, TPCO, Anshan Steel, Taiyuan heavy industry   and Chongqing Saidi. By 2008, the company cooperated with SMMeer of Germany to build a PQF continuous rolling line with the lowest cost in the world, providing a new model for the development of China's steel pipe industry. At the same time,I also witnessed great development of China's steel pipe industry.
