External anticorrosion of steel pipe
1. Anticorrosion of monolayer fusion bonded epoxy powder(FBE)Single-layerFBE Coating
Epoxy powder coating has become one of the advanced pipeline external anticorrosion coatings because of its excellent anti-corrosion, insulation and long service life.
It can be divided into two types: ordinary (thickness: 300~400um) and enhanced (thickness: 400~500um).
2. Anticorrosion of double-layer fusion bonded epoxy powder(2FBE)
The double-layer epoxy powder coating is a composite coating structure, which is formed by one-time spraying of anticorrosive epoxy powder underlayer and mechanical damage-resistant epoxy powder coating.
General (thickness ≥ 620um); enhanced (thickness ≥ 800um)
3. Two-layer polyethylene / polypropylene anticorrosion(2PE/2PP)
The two-layer polyethylene / polypropylene layer has good corrosion resistance, insulation, long service life and certain mechanical damage resistance.
It is divided into ordinary type and reinforced type, and the thickness varies according to different steel pipe specifications: the minimum 1.8mm of the ordinary type and the minimum 2.5mm of the reinforced type.
4. Three-layer polyethylene / polypropylene anticorrosion(3PE/3PP)
Three-layer polyethylene / polypropylene layer has excellent anticorrosion, insulation, long service life and certain anti-mechanical damage coating, so it has been widely used in a variety of large-scale pipeline engineering.
It is divided into two types: ordinary type and reinforced type, and the thickness varies according to different steel pipe specifications: the minimum thickness of ordinary type is 1.8mm; the minimum thickness of reinforced type is 2.5mm.
Internal anticorrosion of steel pipe
DN100-1500 steel pipes can be used for internal anti-corrosion, using centrifugal spraying iron red antirust paint or two-component liquid epoxy paint, or other coatings specified by the user, to carry out anti-corrosion processing on the inner wall of the treated steel pipes.
